Our Beginning
Aquila Pizza Al Forno opened in 2015 at 7A Paterson Ave, Little Falls Township, NJ. It started with a simple goal: to bring fresh, hand-shaped pizza from a wood-burning oven to our community. We wanted a place where locals, families, and friends could gather for a great meal in a casual, clean environment.
Our Inspiration
The idea came from a love of traditional pizza-making. Wood-fired ovens have a special way of cooking pizza, giving it a crispy crust and warm, fresh center. From the first pizza we baked, it felt right to share that experience with everyone in Little Falls Township.
